Formally incorporated in 2007 by three partners, Concinnity was originally established as a corporate training firm to meet the training and development needs of a broad range of public and private sector organisations. Over the years, Concinnity has grown into a boutique management consulting firm with functional practices in Organisation Development, Human Capital, and Customer Focus, Small Business Services, Digital Solutions and Research & Analytics. The Founders of Concinnity sought to build an atypical consulting firm with a distinctive vision, approach and perspective that is in tune with the needs of a developing country and society in transition, while also remaining keenly attuned to global trends and industry best practices. The goal was to bring together experienced, solutions-oriented, forward-thinking industry experts with the talent and foresight to build and lead a truly best-in-class consulting firm.
